Paragon Acura Sales Thomas Ng & Peter Pazimino are the BEST I Adam Burakouski live in Torrington Ct. which is a two plus hour ride to Paragon Acura. I bought a 2009 Acura TL in 2010 from Peter Pazmino and Thoma I Adam Burakouski live in Torrington Ct. which is a two plus hour ride to Paragon Acura. I bought a 2009 Acura TL in 2010 from Peter Pazmino and Thomas Ng. and they were great with everything they did pertaining to selling me a car. They are a great asset to Paragon establishment. Because of the great service and price I came back in October 2015 and bought a 2015 Acura TLX and once again Peter and Thomas Ng were as accommodating as the first purchase. My daughter 2013 Volvo SUV XC60 was hit and totaled out. My daughter had an MDX prior to the Volvo and wanted another one but felt she couldn't afford a Acura RDX until I called Peter and then worked also with Thomas Ng and got a deal going and my daughter and son in-law purchased a 2014 RDX on 10/7/2016 which was in excellent shape with 27K on it. Thomas got the RDX completely detailed in 1.5 hrs in the mean time we got all the paper work completed. After a final inspection of the RDX we were on our way home.Summing up both Peter & Thomas went out of there way to make this deal happen. Both were very professional ,knowledgeable ,and courteous. Both Peter and Thomas are a great asset to Paragon sales team. My daughter and son in-law are very happy with their new RDX. I know my daughter and I will be back in the future when we want to purchase another Acura. Price & Service was also a great factor. Thanks for everything Adam & Michelle/Joe Vanotti. More

Overall - Not a satisfactory car buying experience I purchased a Certified RDX from Paragon Acura late August 2016. I was informed that the car had gone through all the inspections (180 points). Almost I purchased a Certified RDX from Paragon Acura late August 2016. I was informed that the car had gone through all the inspections (180 points). Almost the very next day we noticed a knocking noise from the car. I took to another Acura dealership and they informed me that I will need to Replace by Front Brake Pads and Rotors. They also mentioned that the replacement was advised by Acura through their service notification/ bulletin. It was easy infer that had the certification inspection been done effectively, this issue might have been resolved before selling the car “Certified". I also have to spend money to get the rear brake resurfaced. I also noticed that the portion of the front bumper was not properly attached to the side; instead it was just pushed in. I also have to spend money on getting that fixed as well. My assessment is that in the rush to turn-over the car, the certification process was done hastily. This has gotten we worried about what other issues could pop up in this car in the near future. Similarly, the dealership somehow managed to take an extended period of time to get the plates for car. Since, the temporary plates expired, I was forced to rent a car and use for work related trips. The salesperson kept misinforming me about the status of the plates. They kept informing me that they were sending the plates 'Over-night FedEx' for two weeks. They didn't have the professional courtesy to inform me that they plates were either with the DMV or if there was some other issue. Based on these two events and the significant negative reviews I noticed on Yelp about this dealership (which I didn't review prior to going), I would not feel comfortable recommending them to any family or friends. More

Sales manager Murat flat out rude and disrespectful! I called on Saturday and asked to speak to a sales manager, I did not get to speak to one, instead Chanel got on the phone and I explained that I was I called on Saturday and asked to speak to a sales manager, I did not get to speak to one, instead Chanel got on the phone and I explained that I was looking to get a 2017 MDX AWD base model in red and that since I knew they also had a 2016 one in the same color with the advance package that carries some great Acura incentives right now so I would consider getting a 2016 with an Advance package if I can get a great deal like the ones people are reporting on Edmunds forums, otherwise I would just get the 2017 base model because I like its look more. Imagine my surprise when I got there and found out that there was no 2017 MDX in red color available, supposedly because it got sold yesterday. All they wanted was to sell me the 2016 one. And that only after last night I called Chanel and asked her to double check if they have a 2017 one because I could no longer see it in their online inventory. She said that they did have it, only the inventory was not updated. I insisted that she not waste half my Sunday as I am coming from NJ and she assured me they still had the car. When I got there, she was not available, I got to sit down with Gary, I think, very nice kid, but he does not do the numbers, he just takes his notes to the sales manager. So he went and came back with an inflated invoice price, I had my laptop with me, I showed him the invoice price, poor kid, he didn't know what to tell me. Then his manager was only going to give me $750 in lease cash, I told him, "look, there's a $2500 lease cash"... Eventually he invited me to talk to his manager, Murat Deljanin, a very arrogant young guy. The guy was flat out impolite, it turns out that there was indeed a $2500 lease cash and apparently a $750 rebate on top of that that he tried to keep saying that the car was so sensitive that they put a protection package in it, some special mats that cost $595, I told him I didn't need them. He got plain rude and said, well, they are there. So in the end I didn't even get the Acura incentives, the offer on the table was less than $2000 below the invoice price when the incentives alone were $3250. I did not even get the chance to explain him that with all these incentives, the negotiation should start from the invoice minus the incentives ($52,303 - $3250 = $49,053). There was absolutely no negotiation with this guy he was acting like he was offering me the deal of the planet when in fact he was not discounting his price AT ALL, he was simply insulted that I came educated on the subject. I threw in a number in there hoping to get him to meet me in the middle. He was like, it's my way or the highway. He raised his voice at me to intimidate me, I hate it when they do that, besides being so full of it, when they deal with a woman, they try to put her down right away. I realize that this kind of sales men come from a certain breed, I just hope they have a special place in h*ell for them. The only reason this guy still has some 2016 cars, is because he keeps the price high although every day that the car spends in his lot is costing him. Don't be fooled when they tell you "come in and we will beat any offer you have", they have no shame. They will waste your time and make you feel worthless. I should have walked out the moment I was told they didn't have the 2017 one. I will go back to my local dealer who was very honest and offered me $600 below invoice for a 2017 base model from the moment I opened my mouth and that is for a brand new model that came out in July (in case anybody had any doubts where they should start negotiation). I am sure there is more room to negotiate there. More
