unprofessional and overall a Horrble Experience! Went to Paragon Acura because I was interested in a TLX and we were first greeted by the Manager Ali, I explained to him I had been car shopping and A Went to Paragon Acura because I was interested in a TLX and we were first greeted by the Manager Ali, I explained to him I had been car shopping and Acura was my last stop before i made a decision on which car i would get based on the best deal that i would get offered. Ali introduced us to Enes the sales consultant. He first had me test drive the car which I hated, and i was honest to the sales guy, the drive on this car was really bad and when i told the sales consultant he raised his voice at me and he seemed frustrated and annoyed and he yelled " well what is that you really want because you are not giving me anything to work with? " at that point we decided to leave because the price he told us was what was advertised on Paragon Acura's website and he said on top of the $2600 you have to put down, i had to put an extra $2500 to cover taxes and fees which I know this is inaccurate because its my 4th lease not my first and that's not how much you really have to put down. At no point he tried to negotiate with me like the dealers i had been to like Infiniti of Manhasset and Rally Mercedes Benz of Roslyn. These people really know how to treat their customers. I was so disgusted and annoyed we just didn't even bother to continue and we said if that was his best deal then we were done. He asked us to wait because he wanted to bring his manager Ali to speak to us and he never did he told Enes that it was ok he was not going to come and talk to us. I went to Inifiniti of Manhasset and got an even better deal on a car double the price of that TLX and was actually treated with respect and the staff there would work with you until i was happy and comfortable with the numbers. I would never recommend Paragon Acura to anybody. From Sales Consultant to the manager it was a complete disaster, I don't know understand how they expect to make sales with this poor unprofessional skills. What a waste of time. More

This is my first time buying a vehicle and i was given many warnings about dealerships and used cars, bu I cannot thank Thomas enough in this review. This is my first time buying a vehicle and i was given many warnings about dealerships and used cars, but Thomas was very upfront, sincere and patient as he explained to me my options and what was needed from me to complete the transaction. I value him even more knowing that if I ever need service he will always put his best foot forward to help me. We never had an awkward moment as we searched the lot for the Mini Cooper I wanted, just small-talking about where we worked and used to go to school and him showing me his impressive side business painting cars on his Instagram. I may hit him up in the future for yellow racing stripes on the car he sold me. He and his team really made me feel like the car was meant for me from the moment I met him. My most most recent encounter with Thomas was this past weekend, and it went great. I had to wait a long time but Thomas was with me throughout the whole process. Thomas Ng is very professional and patient. Professionalism is expected at any dealership, and even more with higher class vehicles, Thomas shows this from the start. My favorite attribute of Thomas is his patience. While working with him their might be some moments when you, the buyer, might want some time to think and review documents, and Thomas willingly excuses himself and gives u some time and space, I really like this about him. He is very upfront with you and tells you things how they are. He will do the best to accommodate any pricing concerns, and makes you feel at home. Quick in and out purchase I saw an MDX online and after a few calls back and forth with the dealership, I made the hour+ drive to see it. He worked with me to resolve an obstacle with insurance, and stayed after closing to complete the deal. When all was said and done, I left with the vehicle a little less than 2 hours after arriving. I knew what vehicle I wanted, so there was no salesmanship,which I appreciated, Thomas made purchasing the vehicle very fast and easy. More
