AFTER I PURCHASED MY MDX,IT HAS SOME ISSUES, BUT WHEN THEY WERE AWARDED OF IT ..THEY DID THEIR My experience with PARAGON ACURA WAS ONE TO REMEMBER.. THE SERVICE ADVISOR..ALEX MUNEZ..DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, ONCE I TEXTED HIM THAT MY CAR HAD AN ISSUE HE TOLD ME STOP THE CAR STAY WHERE I AM THAT HE WAS GOING TO SEND ME ANOTHER CAR RIGJT AWAY AND BRING MY CAR IN THE SHOP TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. I WAS SO SURPRISE AN HOUR AFTER WHEN ALEX CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT A CAR IS OUTSIDE MY DOOR ....AND MORE SURPRISE IT WAS A BRING NEW RDX..THE 2 GENTLEMEN WERE REALLY FRIENDLY HAND ME THE KEY TO THE RDX AND TOOK MY CAR.. THAT WAS WHAT I CALL A GOOD RECOVERY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. INTEGRITY . Job well done ALEX.. WANT TO SAY THAT THOMAS N.G FROM SALE..WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME THE CHOICE FOR ANOTHER CAR ... Excellent Third MDX at paragon, came back eventhough I had move to Long Island because during my second MDX experience, I find Paragon very professional and hon Third MDX at paragon, came back eventhough I had move to Long Island because during my second MDX experience, I find Paragon very professional and honest in that they had mail me a Check in the mail for a minor calculation error of $5 , an amount that I didn't know about and that they could have easily dismiss but send a check out to me anyway. This time still an excellent experience will Thomas , got the car I wanted , at the price I'm wanted to pay , and great service overall. Can't wait till my next lease with them. More
