Disappointing!! We spent a total of 5 hours in this dealership and in the end they only provided us with 1 key to the car - instead of 2 keys!! Mr. Ng said that they We spent a total of 5 hours in this dealership and in the end they only provided us with 1 key to the car - instead of 2 keys!! Mr. Ng said that they can't find the other key and that we had to bring the car back just so we can get the 2nd key. We came back today only to be told by the service department that we have to wait another 3 hours just to get our key!!!! So, we called Thomas Ng and he basically told us that IT IS NOT HIS PROBLEM because he is in SALES, not SERVICE!!! Well, news flash Thomas...you should've at least tried to help us since WE ARE ENTITLED FOR A SECOND KEY! EVERYONE----Thomas Ng just wants to get his SALE and that's it. Please DO NOT --- I repeat DO NOT go to Mr. Thomas Ng for a car. HE IS THE TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN!! More
