I went to few dealers but I never found such a patient and responsible sales person as Adonis Diaz. I bought my first car (used) at Paragon Acura. I went to few dealers but I never found such a patient and responsible sales person as Adonis Diaz. He let me test drive local area as well as highway and was extremely patient to answer my tons of questions. He was also very thorough in explaining about the details. I didn't want to make mistake of buying used car with low quality but Paragon Acura had really good cpo SUV at a very reasonable price. They stand by the car quality! I checked all the paperworks about quality of the car as well as repairs they performed on it. Adonis made sure to come back when i took care of payment part in financing department and there was another person, Sean, who explained the features of the car as well as repairs done per my request. The wait was little long but they made sure all the paperworks, plates and everything was done completely in time. Overall, i highly recommend this dealer. This is an authentic dealer who stand by the quality and have good, kind people. And although they didn't schedule the next service appointment, they provided me with service center and all relevant information. More

Outstanding job from CHRIS RISNES!!! I called to bring my car for service,when I get there Chris was already there welcoming me..
