This is the 6th car I bought from Paragon Acura through Peter. The guy is the best salesman anyone could work with. He doesn't play games and doesn't add unnecessary fees to the purchase. We leased a new 2024 MDX from Paragon Acura in June of 2024, within 6 months it had 3 separate mechanical problems including completely stalling in the middle of a busy highway putting our family in dange 2024, within 6 months it had 3 separate mechanical problems including completely stalling in the middle of a busy highway putting our family in danger. Justin Hili the Sales Manager told me that 'we only sell the cars, we don't make the cars' and told us that it was our responsibility to work with the factory to rectify the situation. We have been bounced between the dealership and the factory with neither willing to take responsibility. Do not use a dealer who is not willing to stand behind their product. More

Had a negative experience at this dealership & it was due to the sales manager Mohammad Farooq. I had a pleasant encounter with Monty, but it all went downhill when Mohammad came to the table. I talked to Monty days in advance of coming in & made it clear that I'm looking to sell (trade) my leased non-Acura vehicle & NOT looking to return/zero-out my balance of the remaining lease term. There was equity in my car that I wanted to capitalize on. Monty reassured me that was fine so we looked at a few CPO vehicles I was interested in while my trade was getting appraised. Found a car I liked & Monty was ready to start talking numbers, but I wasn't talking numbers until I saw the appraisal. We get back to Monty's desk & that's when Mohammad comes telling me that he'll take my car & zero out the remaining lease payments & disposition fee (as if he was doing me a favor). I declined & reiterated that I'm only interested in selling my vehicle, not turning it in. When I told him about my CarMax offer Mohammad started telling some xx story about how he once tried do sell his car with a CarMax offer & blah blah blah. Wasn't interested in the blatant lies so I cut him off. If I was ignorant maybe I would have believed him, but I've done this many times before so his manipulation tactic didn't work on me. Basically in the end he said that he will take the lease ($18k value) & not pay me the trade ($21k value) which means I was leaving around $3k on the table. I declined & left. On top of that, they add $2k onto their advertised prices ($1300 for LoJack & $700 for xx accessory fees). Neither is needed plus the LoJack is questionable since it seems like they charge that additional fee no matter what, even if they're reselling a car that they sold in the past with that fee. Someone should look into that... Anyway, I went to another Acura dealer who took my trade for $20.5k & I went home in a CPO Acura that was priced better than Paragon. I'd never shop at Paragon nor would I ever recommend their network of dealerships to anyone More
