I recently had a frustrating experience with Paragon Acura. My partner and I visited the dealership over two weeks ago and were helped by a salesperson named Chris. We liked the 2024 Acura RDX with all Acura. My partner and I visited the dealership over two weeks ago and were helped by a salesperson named Chris. We liked the 2024 Acura RDX with all its features but couldn’t finalize anything because the finance rates weren’t in yet. When we returned a week later, expecting to finalize the deal, we were shocked to see that the price had not only dropped a bit but then suddenly increased by over $3,000 from what was advertised online. They claimed this was due to added anti-theft features, but it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. This left us feeling misled and disappointed. If Paragon Acura wants to improve, they need to hire more honest salespeople. We’ve had better experiences at Rallye Acura, where the process has been much more transparent. I hope Paragon Acura can address these issues and treat future customers more fairly and honestly! More
