Brought 2015 Corvette in for a new windshied. After 3 months 3 windshields they said job done. On way home service theft warning light was on. Called dealer did not know why. He the worst experience at this dealership, Went in with a guard up cause I knew from hearing from other people they do you dirty here. I went in wanting to trade in my car after receiving a email that they were doing a buy back program. I have a 2019 blazer with little miles. Kelly blue book said I would get just about enough to pay off my car. I did not tell the sales rep I had all ready got it appraised at Toyota & Kelly blue book. So when he took the car I started walking around looking at the dealership cars and found one I liked. The rep comes back & is trying to convince me to come inside. I said NO I would rather stay outside where I know if you can't get me a deal I can leave. He goes back and forth and finally gives me a amount thousands of dollars below from what Kelly blue book & another dealership offered. I got extremely offended & said well thank you I'll shop elsewhere because I got other offers for much higher. Immediately when I said that his story changed, Well come inside we will give you more etc... I just stated I don't play games & this back and forth I'll shop where they are straight forward and honest. It's funny cause as we are outside waiting another couple elderly were complaining they did then wrong on their contract and they want out of it. Do not shop at this dealership!! Go elsewhere. More

A Dealership Like None Other! Not a night has passed where my wife was not dreaming of a gorgeous black new Suburban. One dreary night we were passing the historic Paradise Chevrol Not a night has passed where my wife was not dreaming of a gorgeous black new Suburban. One dreary night we were passing the historic Paradise Chevrolet and like a torch of hope all the lights were shining bright and the sky miraculously cleared up. It was a like a powerful hopefully omen like no other. We stopped, we ventured around the lot looking at all the beautiful new Chevy's. Wife was dreaming of all the kids happy in the suburban, I am dreaming of a new heavy duty work truck. Flash forward a day, I think to myself, self by your wonderful wife the car of her dreams, so I go to make that happen! As luck be told, I ran into Todd Snyder, seeing him walk towards me was like seeing Thor and his might hammer break thru the sky's dark night and cause the heavens and the sun to shine brightly upon me and all the wonderful deals that Paradise had to offer! He took his mighty hammer and battered thru roadblocks, financing issues, rebates, everything else he could battle to get me the best deal possible. He fought like the mighty warriors of Sparta, drawing blood, taking names, and hammering away every cent possible to make the most wondrous of deals! He passed the deal over to one of the sales ladies there to finish the paperwork and I couldn't have asked for more in professionalism and friendliness! Now back to Todd and his greatness - He got me the car I wanted, the exact car, with no issues! He called me, told me the car was ready, my wife was beside herself with excitement. We loaded the kids up, all four of them, and headed to her dream! Todd was waiting for us, had balloons for my children, brought his puppy for my littlest to play with, it was a real event he created for my family and myself. I felt like family and in this family, Todd was the patriarch, and came thru like no other dealer I have ever seen or met!
