I started my experience online just shopping around looking at different models. Shortly after, I was contacted by Internet Sales Manager Loann Thomas. Loann was very friendly and asked me all the basic questions to see what I was looking for. After a couple email exchanges I decided to go down to Paradise Chevrolet and see what was in stock. Loann took into consideration what I did for a living, how much driving I do and the things that were important to me in a vehicle. I was also dealing with a trade-in that I needed to use as equity towards the new vehicle purchase. There was little to no bargaining because they offered me a great deal. Loann also looked for as many discounts she could to make sure that I was getting the best deal and felt comfortable before buying.
