She went out of her way to make sure we got paperwork and time consuming items done prior to arriving at the dealership since we drove 4 hours for the car. She never pressured us at any step of the way and she also took the time to truly explain everything that she was showing us. Another reason we took the drive was that Paradise has prices that are better than many other California dealers. They might just be the place I take my business even with the distance. More
