This was Chris Garcia's first car sales and his first day on the floor. I was impressed with how he did because I did not know at first that this was his first day. I came to look at new model SUV's after I had received a letter from Paradise Chevrolet for a buy back offer on my 2006 Trailblazer. Lawrence Richardson came right out to offer assistance. He let me look at the cars I wanted to and did not give me a hard sale for anything I wasn't interested in. I told him what I liked and what I could spend. We worked out a great price on a Traverse. He showed me how to use all of the features in the car and spent a good amount of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. More
