I was planning on getting a car for my gf because we needed a 4 door car. When I went to take my camaro for an oil change I wasn't planning on getting a car but then I met Edward Cerda. He was very friendly while I was waiting for my oil change. I have told him I was not buying a car from this dealership due to my bad experience on my first purchase about 3 years ago. He quickly made me feel that I was at the right hands and right dealership. I then came back two weeks later and helped me out with our used 2012 cruze. He really went out of his way to make sure we left with a new car. He made it happen and because of his help and great personality I will definitely be returning back to shop for my next car here. Edward Cerda was absolutely wonderful to work with. Edward was knowledgable, courtious and very patient. My wife and I were considering trading in two cars for a 2011 Chevrolet HHR, but, only drove th Edward was knowledgable, courtious and very patient. My wife and I were considering trading in two cars for a 2011 Chevrolet HHR, but, only drove the one car to the dealership to "see what they had in stock". Well, we feel in love with a bright red HHR and decided to proceed and Edward worked up some numbers based on trading in the two cars. The numbers that Edward brought back to the table were agreeable to us and we decided to purchase the HHR on the spot. Of course, we only had one of the trade-ins with us, and were considering leaving the HHR at the dealership and returning the next day with both trade-ins. Even though the dealership was closing within the hour, Edward offered to drive home with us in the HHR and bring back the other car so we would not have to make a special trip to Paradise Chevrolet the next day. Myself and my fiance'visited Paradise Chevorlet of Ventura because we were looking for exactly what we left with,2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. My fiance' found the truck on line. Jeff took us on a test drive answered all of our question. Jeff was easy to talk to, and personable. Jeff, we still think we were your easiest customers of the day, hehehe. Armondo is another story. No just kidding. Armondo was another very helpful and informative and friendly finance guy. He advised us of alot of options to safe guard our purchse. He worked closely with his manager to ensure that we received the best possible combination of rebates and discounts, and spent a long time working with his finance team to get us a lower than we expected interest rate. Lawrence was so eager to make us happy, he even drove to our house, 30 minutes out of his way, after working a full day and on a holiday, to pick our our check because we had forgotten our check book. Then he took even more time to help me program my Bluetooth and OnStar, and to give me a little tour of the features of my new car. That is really going the extra mile, and it left a lasting impression! Went in on a saturday afternoon and met Jeff Halverson, within maybe 3 hrs i traded in my truck and left with a new one.
