Professional Service We brought our Tahoe in for regular brake service and in the process repair techs decided to implement a recall notice on the brake system. Oops. Long story short, after three months, GM bought car and we have a new one. Throughout this process the following employees treated us with greatest respect and professionalism: Geoff Rassmuson kept us regularly informed of the problems; Service Mgr. Mike helped tremendously in explaining the GM buyback process. Becky Young was wonderful in getting new car for us and getting us through the closing process. And let's not forget Kaitlyn in Finance, she's great. Everyone gets five stars! More

I had to bring my car in for service last month and was greeted by Felipe. He showed me to the service department and informed me that I could have a shuttle take me home instead of waiting. If you are female do not take your car here! I took my 06 Corvette with 80,000 miles in for routine service on ABS, Active handling, tire monitors, brake sensors, an estimate on tires and to see if they coul Corvette with 80,000 miles in for routine service on ABS, Active handling, tire monitors, brake sensors, an estimate on tires and to see if they could fix the rear view mirror because the cheap plastic splines were stripped. Next thing I know I need a new shift assembly, rearview mirror needs replaced, steering wheel needs something, wiring, brakes and rotors and the list keeps growing. They did agree to match the price on the tires with American Tires but that’s only $1,500 of the $6,100 and growing bill! For a $70,000 car it’s a piece of crap. They make it sound unsafe to drive so I am stuck with repairing it in order to feel safe on the road. And for a disabled senior woman with Lupus safety is paramount. I can not afford to get stuck on the road waiting for a tow truck. I can not help but think if my husband would have taken the car in things would have turned out very differently. So am I getting screwed because I brought in a Corvette or because a woman brought in a car for what should have been a simple service job? More
