Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. I've been coming to Paradise for 25+ years and have no reason to change as I do have many other choices based on where I work/travel. Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff Hunt and the Service Team are AWESOME!! Never going back! I bought my truck from Paradise and had all my service work done there. It was always difficult to get a Saturday appointment for simple things like I bought my truck from Paradise and had all my service work done there. It was always difficult to get a Saturday appointment for simple things like an oil change. Anytime I had a question about my truck, I’d get transferred to someone’s voicemail to leave a message, with a promise to get a call back asap. Lies! I needed my truck serviced because a fuel injector went out on my truck. They charge for the diagnostic… I’m accustomed to the cost of the diagnostic getting take off the final bill, if y you get the service done at the same location. Not at Paradise. The cost of the repair would have been 4K, they’re insane! I declined and got it done somewhere else. I didn’t have to shop around, paid 2K. I could go on forever about how much I can’t stand this place and their service. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because of Nick a service advisor. He’s the only normal person working there. More
I always enjoy bringing my vehicle to Paradise Chevrolet when it has to be serviced or a problem. Very professional staff from the moment you drive in to the service tech. Everyone on the dealership property is helpful, happy and a pleasure to work with. I don’t ever post a review let alone a negative review but I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated in the inadequate service and unprofessionalism from Paradise Chevrolet dealership and Peter with the but I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated in the inadequate service and unprofessionalism from Paradise Chevrolet dealership and Peter with the Service Department. We had a 7am appointment for our vehicle and were first in line of service appointments. Our Service Advisor Peter called early afternoon (only after I reached out first) advising us of the repair work outrageously priced with an option for a possible cheaper alternative. We opted for the cheaper alternative of flushing our transmission fluids which should not require the amount of time it was taking unless other customers after us are receiving customer service priority. Peter called again stating the vehicle would be ready the next day. My husband insisted we needed the vehicle the same day as vehicle was brought in for repairs to which Peter said he’d try to have the vehicle ready or provide a courtesy vehicle by the end of the day. He left a message after 4pm requesting a call back. However, when we called back he and other Service Advisors went home for the day by 5pm. Another call before he left for the day would have been the right thing to do updating us on the status of the repairs and the courtesy vehicle. But that was not done. So we are out a vehicle tomorrow on a day needed to travel to San Diego Airport. Forget that the Chevy vehicle we have is causing major issues at 100,000 miles that typically other car brands would not be experiencing until 200,000/250,000. In addition to dealing with Service staff that could care less about their customers- we are unfortunately stuck with a lemon of a vehicle not comparable to the quality of other dealerships not Chevy. Once, we get our vehicle back, we will 1) never buy a Chevy most especially from Paradise Chevrolet and 2) never deal with inconsiderate Service Staff like Peter at Paradise. I don’t recommend either Peter for service or Paradise Chevy for sales. I regret both! More
