They gave us a blind appraisal on our trade that was very fair. Michael does not pressure you and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy. I love my new 2019 Silverado. This is the second time we've bought from Paradise (first was in 2008) and the experience was great both times (hard to say this about most dealerships).
