From the moment we stepped on the lot, my husband and I felt comfortable. We dis not have salesmen left and right bombarding us, we had a chance to look without being hounded.After about 2 minutes we were felt comfortable. He asked us what he could help us with, and then proceeded to show us what we were looking fir and answered all the questions we had. He took us for a test drive and was very pleasant throughout the entire experience. When it was time for the credit application portion, he was fast and efficient, which was nice becuz we had our wrestless 18 month old with us. Once all the information was sorted out and papers were signed, Mr. Ricks proceeded to show us all we needed to know about our new 2011, Chevy Equinox, he was very patient and descriptive when showing us all the new features on our new vehicle. The entire experience with Mr. Ricks was an extremely pleasant one and we would definitely love to work wit him again. Also, we love everyhing about our new Chevy Equinox! More

These employees do an outstanding job for the dealership as well as for the customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Paradise to my family and friends. I received a satisfactory trade in price for the two cars I turned in. I got my cars for the price I thought was fair. I got an extended warranty for a great price on both cars. I went in to the dealership with my son and the salesman lied to us and the a whole group of salesman hard pushed for the sale. The car that my son bought was told to have a turbo on it and it did not. When lied to us and the a whole group of salesman hard pushed for the sale. When the concern about insurance cost came up, they said don't worry because your son is now 25 so his insurance rates go down. Well, again not true, he has to stay my insurance because it has changed to the age of 29 when the rates drop. The reason for going to get a new car was to make things more affordable not end up being more. My son went back to tell them of what they did and the basically said to bad its yours! More
