I leased my first Suburban from Paradise Chevrolet in 1999. I was so impressed with their Sales Staff and professionalism that I've continued to deal with Paradise "Only" for my last two Suburban purcha 1999. Last night I purchased my daughter a new 2011 Chevy Cruze LT. The Cruze wasn't initially her first choice. However, after test driving her other choices and discussing the advantages of each car (look, feel, interior features, safety, etc...) the Cruze was the obvious choice. When we were searching for a safe reliable and new car for our 16 year old Daughter, we'd already been to 5 other car dealerships just that day. When we entered Paradise Chevrolet we were greeted by John for our 16 year old Daughter, we'd already been to 5 other car dealerships just that day. When we entered Paradise Chevrolet we were greeted by John Capelli and we instantly liked him. He was friendly. Knowlegeable. Funny and easy to deal with not to mention eager to assist us. My Daughter fell in love with the Blue Ice Cruz and absolutely had to have it. You know teenaged girls are right? Once they zero in on a car they love (1) the searching is officially over and (2) will NOT settle for another car no matter how much you try. So, a Cruz it was. Unfortunately, the one she'd pick was a bit beyond what we were comfortable with purchasing as far as the price point and the finance manager asked us if we would settle for a little "less" loaded Cruz to get it around our price point. As we indicated that would depend on how much "less" and what important features we wanted her to have on the car i.e. safety wise, like OnStar and Bluetooth (hands free to reduce her having her attentions diverted away from the road, since she is a novice driver and OnStar for emergencies). When searching their inventory, they did NOT have a Blue Ice Cruz on that lot (calamity in my Daughters eyes and she started crying) as they only had a Silver and White one on their lot. John did a search and found a Blue Ice Cruz in one of the Company's other lots and drove to Lake Elsinore and drove one back to us for her to test drive and so we can see what lesser features it came equipped with. We were elated to find out that the other Cruz was only missing a few of the cosmetic upgrades (spoiler, chrome rims and power side mirrors), but that it did come with the saftey features we wanted our Daughter to have on her new vehicle and the deed was done. John even stayed hours later than he was supposed to, to make sure the car was filled, washed and he could go over the features of the car with our Daughter prior to her driving it away. We were the only ones still left at the dealership and were still present when the cleaning staff reported for work to clean the dealership after hours and so did the Gentleman whom did our loan papers!! We really appreciated that. Theres no telling how the balance of our evening would have gone, had they asked us to come back the next day to pick up the car with our Daughter (anyone with a teenaged Daughter is abundantly aware of what we're talking about, ha!). Thank you John and the staff at Paradise Chevrolet for making our Daughters 16th Birthday present an experience we're sure she'll never forget! We appreciated what they did to get our Daughter the car of her dreams. We highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet and John Capelli and will definately be referring them to our friends, family and business collegues. More

Mike Armstrong, who is a FABULOUS Service manager, talked about the needs my current vehicle was not meeting. He made a few suggestions about new and used vehicles then took the time to introduce me to Beck about the needs my current vehicle was not meeting. He made a few suggestions about new and used vehicles then took the time to introduce me to Becky. She made my car buying simple and painless. The whole thing took less then 2 hours (which is a record in my book). I was able to trade in and trade up in one simple step. Lots of explanation about operation of the car. Paradise service dept and Mike Armstrong are the reasons I looked at this dealership to begin with, and Becky is the reason why I will be back. Thanks a million Team Paradise. More
