Mike Armstrong, who is a FABULOUS Service manager, talked about the needs my current vehicle was not meeting. He made a few suggestions about new and used vehicles then took the time to introduce me to Beck about the needs my current vehicle was not meeting. The whole thing took less then 2 hours (which is a record in my book). I was able to trade in and trade up in one simple step. Lots of explanation about operation of the car. My first two visit to the dealership I met the knowledgable Steve Burchfield, who showed off the Silverado line of trucks.
