After visiting the dealership I was offered by my father his newer Suburban, as he had purchased a new car himself. We are very happy with the service we received at Paradise Chevrolet Temecula. We were greeted by Felipe Rodriguez on a Saturday afternoon. We told him we were interested in the Suburban and we des Paradise Chevrolet Temecula. We were greeted by Felipe Rodriguez on a Saturday afternoon. We told him we were interested in the Suburban and we described the color, and options we wanted in this car. He checked the lot, the storage lot, and other dealerships to find the car we wanted. We test drove the Suburban and also asked to test drive the Tahoe. Felipe was very willing to let us drive the Tahoe. We did not feel pressure to choose either car. We preferred the Suburban and got a quote on the price. We told him we needed a day to pray about our decision. He respected our request. We returned Sunday afternoon and choose the Suburban. We knew the price we wanted to pay and began negotiating. He was very accommodating in our requests to lower the price of the Suburban, give us the $2000 incentive discount, give us a CostCo discount, give us a discount on the upgraded warranty, give us a better deal than we expected on our trade in vehicle, and also discount the chrome package we requested for the car. Also, Felipe explained, in detail, how to use the controls inside the car. We came away with a beautiful 4 wheel drive Suburban for a very good price. We plan to buy a truck from Felipe within the next year. More

I've car shopped at quite a few and purchased several vehicles in my life and the experience has never really been a pleasure or easy, until today at my visit with Paradise Chevrolet. Bill was not pushy like a car salesman can be, he was very easy to work with and there was not pressure in the deal whatsoever. He was very personable, was concerned for our comfort while we waited for the financing part of the deal and always kept us informed of the status of the deal. I told him where I stood financially and what I could afford and without hesitation he made it happen. There was no going back and forth to the "manager" to "see what he could do" like most dealerships trying to squeeze out what ever cash they could from me. Billy did an incredible job and the deal was done. When it came time to go take care of the financing, George did a great job and made that process as smooth as could be and got me a great deal with the bank. I could not be happier with the entire process!! This car was for my daughter and I drive a different make, however Paradise Chevrolet makes me want to return to them when I'm ready to purchase my next car. WE BOUGHT OUR 2009 HHR SS AT THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT NEW VEHICLE WE WANTED AND STARTED AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET. WE WERE AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT NEW VEHICLE WE WANTED AND STARTED AT THE FORD DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET. WE WERE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR SALES TACTICS AND FELT THAT WE WERE BEING HELD CAPTIVE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT. WE ALMOST SETTLED ON A FORD FLEX BUT IT WAS NOT A COMFORTABLE AGREEMENT AND WE LEFT. THE NEXT DAY WE WENT TO PARADISE CHEVROLET AND STILL DID NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND THOUGHT A TRUCK WOULD SUIT OUR NEEDS. BILLY COONER GREETED US AND SHOWED US WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WANTED AND THEN WE CHANGED OUR MINDS TO ANOTHER TRUCK, AND THEN ANOTHER TRUCK, AND THEN ANOTHER TRUCK, BILLY STAYED WITH US AND JUST GAVE US EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PICK WHAT TRUCK WOULD SUIT US BEST. HE RAN BACK AND FORTH TO GET KEYS AND LET US DRIVE WHAT EVER VEHICLE WE WANTED TO TEST DRIVE AND EVEN LET US TAKE A COUPLE HOME TO SEE IF IT WOULD FIT IN OUR GARAGE, WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED AND ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE. WE THEN DECIEDED ON A TRUCK THAT WAS BEST FOR US AND DISCUSSED IT WITH STEVE BURCHFIELD AND TRADED TWO OF OUR PRESENT CARS, WITH A MUTUAL NEGOTATION WE AGREED ON A REASONABLE DEAL AND MADE A WONDERFUL PURCHASE AND WE ARE TOTALLY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE AT PARADISE CHEVROLET IN TEMECULA.
