I did not feel pressure to buy, but felt that this was the right car for me because Joe pointed out many features that I wouldn't have thought about. I brought the car in twice to service - once because I couldn't figure out something on the GPS and again to get help putting the license plates on the car. Both time, even though I didn't ask to see Joe, he was right there to be sure I got what I needed. This was definitely the best sales experience I have ever had at a dealership. Steve Burchfield helped with the final details of the sale. Once again I didn't feel pressure. He did an excellent job of getting an agreement together that all parties felt good about.
