My experience in purchasing a new Cadillac ATS at Paradise Cadillac Temecula was the most pleasant and efficient purchase of a car ever. Felipe Rodriguez was so patient in explaining the benefits an Paradise Cadillac Temecula was the most pleasant and efficient purchase of a car ever. Felipe Rodriguez was so patient in explaining the benefits and functions of the state-of-the-art car...and his knowledge of the mechanisms and especially the media functions was incredibly thorough and detailed. He never hesitated in explaining and showing me how everything worked. He spoke slowly , simply and confidently in explaining the driving functions on our test drive. He gave me just enough information to get me going without bogging me down with too much info all at once and I was able to absorb most all of the functionality of my new Cadillac I was very surprised at all the 'perks' offered by Paradise Temecula...one being life-time free oil changes. Their follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction is like none other that I've ever experienced. It was a surprising pleasure to meet and work with Felipe and he has encouraged me to stop by or call him with any questions I may have. More

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership and am very satisfied. I worked with Lou and he spent a good deal of time with me test driving both the CTS and ATS and was very knowledgeable about bo am very satisfied. From the moment we walked in Nikki was there to assist us with our 2013 Volt purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was incredibly easy going. Our experience working with her was nothing with our 2013 Volt purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was incredibly easy going. Our experience working with her was nothing short of wonderful. I also happen to know AJ from when he worked @ Jimmie Johnson. He was also very supportive in making sure that we made a deal happen. They both and great communicators and kept my wife and I up to date daily. Once it was time for Finance we worked with George who made things go quickly and smoothly. No one wants to spend too much time in doing numbers and paperwork. He was very efficient and personable. When we took delivery of the Volt, Nikki helped me to set up the vehicles Bluetooth, Onstar and walked me through the car from my left to center to right and to rear. She covered everything I could have asked for and is still willing to assist with anything we might need. It was a rewarding buying experience and we would like to thank all the individuals and the teams at Paradise for their efforts. Thank you. We love our Volt!! More

Joe Di Gioia was very knowledgeable about the Volt. Steve Burchfield, who owns a Volt, answered any questions from an owner's standpoint. Stacy was very professional in financing. I used the USAA car buying service over the internet, and I liked that the fact that Paradise Chevy did not include the $2000 discount for financing with GMC in their quote - all other Chevy dealers fudged the numbers.
