Terrific, all the way through I was in the market to lease a vehicle (for the first time) and after I posted my car for sale, I was contacted by the guys at Paradise Cadillac. Lanc I was in the market to lease a vehicle (for the first time) and after I posted my car for sale, I was contacted by the guys at Paradise Cadillac. Lance Orosco called me, set the appointment, and got me on a test drive of the 2014 Cadillac ATS. I felt respected and appreciated the moment I walked in the door. I informed Lance I needed to be somewhere immediately after, so he ensured my paperwork and check-out was prompt. I met the sales managers, service advisors, body shop, and rental staff during my tour of the dealership. Lance ensured I knew exactly where to go when I returned for service. The staff's attention to detail and concern for my time and buying experience met my expectations of a luxury auto dealer. I am proud to say I got my car from Paradise. Kyle More

Paradise Auto Review We came to Paradise Chevrolet after going to Perris Kia and spending 3 days trying to get my Drivers License back from the dealer. Only after having t We came to Paradise Chevrolet after going to Perris Kia and spending 3 days trying to get my Drivers License back from the dealer. Only after having to call the Riverside County Sheriff and take him back to the dealer and confront the sales person did he then tell us that he had taken my license home. So I would NEVER RECOMMEND PERRIS KIA. So after what was the worst buying experience anyone should have to deal with. I went to Paradise and talked to Becky Young about a New Sonic. Becky went over all the paper work needed with me and called me back to come pickup my new Sonic. I will deal with Becky Young and Paradise Chevrolet for every car I by from now on. I couldn't be more happy with the way I was treated by all the staff at Paradise. My wife is next in line for a new car and without question we are going back to Paradise Chevrolet. More

Ian Couzens was great! My Wife and I met Ian on a Friday night at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. We were interested in an advertised vehicle. Ian introduced himself to us My Wife and I met Ian on a Friday night at Paradise Chevrolet in Temecula. We were interested in an advertised vehicle. Ian introduced himself to us. He is very friendly and not pushy at all. I wish all car salesmen were like Ian. Ian helped us with the vehicle we were interested and ultimately made us a deal we were happy with. Ian Couzens sold us our new (used) car. We love it! But the friendliness didn't stop there. Although the dealership closed at 9pm, Ian worked late that night to get us our vehicle. We left Paradise Chevrolet with our new car around 10:30. We had to come back the next day and Ian was there again, being most helpful. I've purchased many new and used vehicles before, private party and through dealerships. My experience with Ian has been the best ever in buying a car. Like stated in an earlier comment, it was like I was car shopping with a knowledgeable family member. Way to go Ian! Thanks, M&J C. More

My husband stopped by the dealership because he saw the Spark on his way home from checking out a used car on Craigs list. He thought it would be perfect for Blaire but was concerned about safety so he did his research. Although the Sonic received better reviews, it was out of her price range and we decided to look at it before taking her to see it. We felt it was a good deal for her transportation needs. She loved it and bought it next day. Lou did an excellent job taking her on the test drive and explaining the features/benefits of the car. She is lovinbg her new level of independence and so are we!! Thanks Lou! More
