The friendly and no hassle dealership . My husband and I were first greeted by Kevin Brooks on the lot. We told him we were interested in the CTS sports coupe. He told us he would find a Cadillac salesman, since he represented only Chevy's (with a big smile). While we waited Kevin showed me the Traverse that I also inquired about. He spent time with us even when I told him we really were interested in the Cadillac. He was ever so gracious! I even took one for a test drive! Great vehicle! Now, we were introduced to Lance Orosco with another winning smile he put us right as ease. He worked very hard finding me the perfect CTS (I was very particular in what I wanted)!! He made the whole experience of buying a car pleasant, which was a first for me! I never felt like I was in a dealership !!! And, it didn't stop there. He called the next day to see how I liked the car! Again, that's a first for me! The car is awesome by the way!!! Paradise, is the only dealership I will ever use. By Sunday afternoon, we had received a call from Ian stating we were approved! We drove down to the dealer, and of course I had Ian running around all over the place to get us the right car. (I think he must have pulled out like 8 different cars for us). I have to say, that Ian was probably the best car salesman we've ever dealt with. He was not pushy and did everything we asked.
