The Best Auto Buying Experience Ever Truly a pleasant experience buying my Cadillac SRX from Hal Severns along with Dave as his Sales Manager. I had previously purchased a 2010 Corvette f Truly a pleasant experience buying my Cadillac SRX from Hal Severns along with Dave as his Sales Manager. I had previously purchased a 2010 Corvette from Paradise and received excellent treatment, pricing and vehicle service, thus, my reason for returning. I came to the dealership knowing EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade and how much I was willing to spend on the new vehicle. Hal was extremely helpful in showing me their inventory of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. His product knowledge was extremely impressive. When I found the car I wanted Hal and Dave worked very hard and very creatively to come as close as possible to meeting my pricing criteria.The deal was completed and the vehicle detailed and delivered within a reasonable period of time. Hal then did a very thorough "walk-through" of the vehicle and explained all of the major features and functions. He revealed some of the aspects of the SRX that I was previously unaware of. I was surprised as I had researched the vehicle very thoroughly. In closing, I believe Hal went well above the call of duty and certainly gave the impression that he was doing everything possible to ensure that my dealings with Paradise were pleasant, fair, and successful. We saw a car we were interested in and while looking in the window we were greeted by one of their salesmen, Marlon. He was very informative about the vehicle and not your typical pushy salesman. We were very interested in the vehicle once we test drove it and decided to purchase it if all the numbers were right. The dealership worked with us on the price of the SUV and the trade in value of the car we were getting rid of. Overall, our experience was great! The entire process was very smooth and didn't take all day like they usually do. The dealership was very upfront with everything concerning the vehicle... we even get FREE lifetime oil changes and car washes! Marlon was great to work with and made the entire process easy.
