Repeat customer! It was time to trade in my Cadillac which I previously purchased from this dealership. Jon Hernandez and Ryan (service department reps) have always helped me get my car taken care of and returned promptly (awesome). They even arrange for me to have a rental for the day so I don't have to sit...... I drive all the way from Alpine (San Diego about 180 miles round trip) because of the exemplary service I receive. For this reason, I wanted to buy my next car from Paradise. Rob was professional, courteous and made the deal work for me. I really wanted to buy the car and he had good intuition about matching my wants and with my limitations. He was very nice and didn't ever make me "feel the pressure". My wife and I fell in love with at 2014 Chevy Equinox and Mike gave us a killer deal. Once we took it home and drove the car over the weekend, my wife and I decided that for my long commute, a more fuel efficient vehicle was probably a smarter decision. I called Mike on Monday morning and he discussed the 72 hour advantage and that I qualified to return the vehicle and select the vehicle that meet my needs. WOW, this experience removed buyers remorse and allowed me to go with my gut feeling which was a 2015 Volt! I met with Mike and test drove the car and two hours later, I drove home in my NEW CAR! With the way that our car runs and the superior service we get from the maintenance department from John it is amazing. So we decided to try our luck again. A couple of weeks before I went into Paradise to purchase a vehicle, I was in the area as I was having work done on another vehicle at another dealership. I went over to Paradise as I was really in the need of wanting a truck, as my wife and I are planning on taking a long trip with a truck and a trailer. When I walked into the lot at Paradise I was looking around and a fine gentleman by the name of Lou Long, came down and introduced himself to me, we got talking, and I told him my plans for the future and that I was just looking and trying to get information. Lou was a very friendly gentleman, and I never was pushed into the fact of hurry up. I felt very at ease and not pressured at all. When my wife and I decided to go to Paradise and we started walking around a salesman came around and I told him that I was looking for mr Lou Long. When Lou came down we started talking and I told him what I wanted. He took us to one vehicle which was the perfect color and we looked inside and was totally amazed at how much room there was in both the front and back of the cab. He got the keys for the vehicle and we went for a test drive. It was wonderful, and a lot more than I can imagIne. When we got back , we went into the office as it was very hot outside and the first thing that we got was a bottle of water. How great it tasted with the temperature in the high 80's Nd very humid. We saw a vehicle on the internet for a lower price and we asked about it. He told us the differences of the vehicles, and I was glad I chose the one we drove as I need the backup camera and the. Tow package. Then it was my wife's turn, to talk as she is the banker of the family. We went back as forth as iOS common to get the best deal and in the end there was an agreement with the total package. I was super barged when I got to drive the truck home and park it in the driveway. Now it seems that every time I get behind the wheel , the more I am falling I love with the ride and the quietness of the cab.
