I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Hal Severns, As a woman I tend to get nervous about helping one of my sons with the purchase of a automobile. Not with Hal! I was extremely comfortable and had all of my questions answered and then some. He took so much time with us and truly wanted to make sure we had a pleasant experience, which we clearly did. Hal sold my son a sweet little red truck and my son absolutely loves it. Hal even went the extra mile and AFTER we bought the truck took us outside and explained what everything inside the cabin was for. How to turn on lights etc. He hugged us both goodbye and my son was one happy camper! I have done business for years with this dealership and have never walked away unhappy. After we went for a test drive, i informed them of my recent bankruptcy and foreclosure i was reassured that they would do everything in their power to get me approved for a loan. I filled out some papers and about 10 minutes later and much to my surprise i was approved!!! long story short.... i left that day with my new truck and i couldn't be happier.
