Hal approached us with a smile and a no nonsense attitude. Very honest, knowledgeable and polite. Because of that my husband and I decided not to turn him away, LOL. He could see and hear our frustration of car buying and dealing with people just trying to make a deal. We found a used truck we liked and Hal was able to tell us everything we needed to know and answer all our questions without getting frustrated with us.
