My family was in the market for a newer larger car, originally we were looking at and even test drove a suburban, after learning that the tow capacity of the vehicle was a little less than we required, Larry shifted gears without hesitation and showed us the vehicles that they had that met our criteria, eventually showing us the 2009 Silverado we test drove and eventually purchased. Larry helped us without a doubt get the best deal possible! He was extremely personable and patient with me and my entire family. While we were waiting to get through finance Larry even dug up some matchbox cars for my two kids, a small gesture but not unnoticed. I feel it is also important to note that everyone at this dealership seems genuinely eager to ensure you are having the best experience possible. The environment at this dealership and the gestures put forth at Paradise remind me of the way dealerships used to be 20-30 years ago. They provide the small town feel in a not so small town. I even received a phone call 3 days after I bought the vehicle from Larry to ensure that I was still pleased with my purchase. Larry and the Paradise team are top notch all the way. Will recommend anyone I know that is in the market for a car to start and end their search here and with Larry at the helm of their buying experience. We were cared for so well, and the pricing was beyond fair. Don, second sales-person assisted us when we had more questions, and he helped us with closing the purchase. We were not dressed in fancy clothes, but received service fit for royalty. My husband Eric and I are grateful for the service, the "no pressure approach" and the great price for our new Cadillac CTS. More
