I got financed, so their "for the people credit approval" really does work. I felt that Kevin spent more than adequate time with us. We went in to look at a used car, and we were able to make the financing happen on a brand new car with 23 miles on it. They all spent about 7 hours with us and stayed longer than their shifts to make it happen. Everything was explained to me so I understood what i was getting. The free lifetime oil changes is just a bonus so they have my business as they have to keep me coming back for the oil changes. Not many dealerships around here offer that at all! Extra bonus was the free tank of gas! More

Upon entering the dealership I was immediately put at ease by a very professional and low pressure introduction. I brought my 16 year old son with me, and after the introduction between me, Denny our sales specialist and Steve the Team Manager, they both immediately acknowledged and introduced themselves to him and offered us refreshments...Of many dealerships visited in my search for a car, PARADISE CHEVROLET WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT TOOK THE TIME TO MEET MY SON! We did not purchase on this visit and as we were leaving they stressed the low pressure environment. Those were among the reasons I purchased from them the very next day... With regard to the deal I received, they bent over backwards to work with me to get me the best deal and earn my business...As for the negotiation, there was no high pressure close, just a simple question,"what do they need to do to earn my business"?. I gave Denny my requirements which were immediately met, and that was it. The deal was completed... no trips back and forth, no waiting.. The entire process from the time I selected my car to driving off the dealership lot was maybe a couple hours. Though a majority of our time was spent with Denny, I also met Kevin Brooks, Denny's associate, who I had originated communication with at Paradise Chevrolet, Mike their Sales Manager, and Chris from their Business office who were all exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Love the car, love the fact Paradise Chevrolet surpassed my expectations, am extremely satisfied with the service received, and the free oil changes....just another great benefit. More
