Excellent experience at this dealership We had the pleasure of working with Larry Bodkin last weekend in the purchase of our used Buick Enclave. After speaking with him on the phone and letting him know that our family of 5 would change our plans for the day and make the 2 hour drive out to look at this car (and buying it if the internet description was accurate!), we headed out. We had been waiting 3 months for a good deal on this car after another dealership sold a similar car we were in the process of buying out from under us while they stalled our purchase to get a higher price. Wounded a bit from that experience, we were eager and hopeful to end the wait with this fabulous car. Things got a little choppy when Larry called us 1.5 hours into our drive to let us know that another family was considering buying it even though he had taken the keys to hold the vehicle until we could get there. We were not happy, to say the least. Larry maintained his professionalism the entire time and I could appreciate his honesty and ethics in trying to resolve the situation for us. It was more stressful than I wish it had been but in the end things worked out for us. A shout out to Ely for his help. In desperation we even offered to pay more than the internet price for the car (totally out of character for us) and this dealership did the right thing and refused that offer, selling it to us for the quoted price. When I told that to my dad he said that was unlike any dealership he had ever worked with in his life and he is 75, so that says a lot. Once the deal was made, things progressed quickly through finance and within 2 hours of arriving I was driving off in my dream car. I LOVE IT! Paradise in Temecula is one class act and that is a rare find in the car sales industry. More
