Hal and Ely were great to work with I called in and spoke with Cody and she set up my appointment to come in and test drive a certified pre-owned 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I found listed I called in and spoke with Cody and she set up my appointment to come in and test drive a certified pre-owned 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I found listed online. Upon my arrival Cody greeted me and walked me over to the pre-owned showroom where Hal was waiting with the vehicle. Hal was very friendly and let me look over the vehicle while he explained some of the features of the car. We took it for a test drive in the 5pm Temecula traffic. Great time to understand all of the features of the vehicle. After our extended test drive we sat down and started to work out the numbers. With the assistance of Ely we were able to come to a mutual agreement and finalize the sale. Being that I live in Orange County and I had come by myself, I was unable to take delivery that evening. Ely and Hal worked with me and we processed all of the paperwork with Matt Mincio in finance. Two days later I came back with my check and the car was fully charged, fueled and clean.
