One call with Denny the night the night before, and he was on top of it. He had the car information on my email early the next day to look at and share with my daughter. I live in Lakewood, and appreciated having a good look at the car before the long drive to Temecula. From the time we arrived until we made the final deal, we all (myself, wife, and daughter) had an outstanding time. The most professional and customer oriented experience I have EVER had. Another phone call, and they set an appointment convenient with my schedule to pick up the car the very next day. The car turned out to be better than what I expected it to be. Quick processing with the transaction, and we were done within half an hour, and I was driving home happy. I really appreciate the service from this dealership, the people were very friendly and nice. Very different experience from the past purchases I've made with other dealerships. Mike Peralta and his sales manager were very accommodating and patient with me. I had been researching the Chevy Cruze for some time now, so I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I loved the fact that it was not high pressure and Mike treated me with a gentle spirit rather than the "slimeball" attitude I have had from previous car dealerships. He gave me the time I needed to walk away and get some fresh air when I needed to. My boyfriend was with me during the process and he was very impressed as well. He had just recently purchased a truck through another dealer and did not receive the respect and kindness that Mike and his team showed us. When it came time to sign everything the process had been very streamlined and efficient.
