Paradise Chevrolet had just the truck I was looking for after looking all over San Diego. I live in San Deigo so I was hesitant about driving up to Temecula but after speaking with Dave English and agreeing on the terms of the purchase (I had a trade in) I made the trip to Temecula from San Diego. After arriving there were no suprises and Dave English was true to his word. Dave and everyone at Paradise exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anyone looking for a new truck to first call or visit Paradise Cheverolet. More

My salesman, Luc Piechowski, was great! He was very personable and a lot of fun to talk to about muscle car experiences. He made my test drive fun and the purchase as painless as possible. :-) Christian Ricks came over and talked more details and was also very friendly and professional. Then, Mallory Meyer, walked me through all the purchase details and set up my appointment for my due bill. He was also very friendly and professional. Last, but not least, George Makridis, helped me when I brought my pink slip in for my trade in the next day. I've never been so impressed with such a quality team. They were all great at listening, negotiating, and finalizing the deal. Thank you to such an impressive team!!! ....and, of course, I love my new car!!!! More

He was an excellent salesperson without haggling. During 60 years, this customer purchased many vehicles from various dealerships and have not met equal to the fleet manager who no longer with Paradise. Paradise's Nitrogen membership excellent, low fee for change oil, filter, and rotate tires. Except one service advisor who also no longer with Paradise Service Dept , other advisors who this customer dealt with are still here and they are very good. Customers waiting area with complimentary snacks are excellent. 2) Sorry to see no longer having ride back/pick up service as well as car washing. Will be considering purchasing a new car in the future and will consider again Paradise. More
Honestly, one of the best and easiest experiences I've had with getting a car, EVER! We worked with Tyler Poston directly over the phone. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of. The cherry on top was he offered to deliver the vehicle personally to us in Los Angeles to finish the paperwork in person. Are you kidding me? TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Who does that? To say we were mildly impressed is an understatement. Management is doing a bang up job with training their sales reps in customer service. We received the car in 2021. Mind you this review is definitely long over due, but I have never written a review based on getting a car from a dealership. Their service was so stellar and it's been on my to-do list for a while. Thanks you Paradise Chevrolet and especially a huge thanks to Tyler! We went to at least 10 dealers before finding Paradise in Temecula. Every LA dealer felt scummy and were not pleasant to work with. I know this review is raving and sounds fake, but I honestly just had that good of an experience. Thanks Tyler! More

In all my years of purchasing a car - this dealership has been the worst. Everything was fine, all calls were answered by every department while we were negotiating. Once the contract was signed, a copy of the contract which was supposed to be provided at time of sale was not because we signed after hours - contract was not provided until a week later via Fed-ex. Still trying to cancel the Gap and Warranty because our credit Union approved us within 5 days grace period and paid off loan accordingly. Called, numerous times, left voicemails for Sales Associate Devin Newton, no answer, no call back. Left voicemail for Finance Director George Makridis - no return calls, no call back - will send you a text every few days responding to your calls. More

Brand new 2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV not even a month old brought to this service department for diagnosing a software issue. Went to pickup my vehicle and was damaged on their watch and under their responsibility. They are not careful and their service manager downplayed the issue, is not apologetic, dismissive, does not show remorse one bit. It’s very concerning that we entrust this service location with high end expensive vehicles over $120K vehicle just for them to trash it and not have a care in the world. I should’ve known and taken it to a more reputable service department that would have valued the business and kept my vehicle safe and in the condition that I left it with them. The service manager lacks resolution and I do not trust this service department. It’s unfortunate and concerning that Cadillac allows THIS dealership to careless and damage high end vehicles or any vehicle for that matter is acceptable. More
