We visited the dealer just to shop, and we were greeted by a very professional, smart, and honest salesman as we parked. He wasn't pushy and when we decided to leave to think over our options, he provided his contact information and walked us to our car. I called him the next day, made an offer over the phone, he facilitated the offer and we came to a very reasonable and below market agreement within minutes. We drove back to the dealer and we were treated like close friends of the family. There weren't any tricks or false promises AND the included/free dealership warranties they provide on new and used vehicles (10 year 150k mile power train) is unheard of!
