Great hassel free experience! When I arrived at Paradise Chevrolet I was greeted by Shaun Tomosada and was asked if I needed any help with a used vehicle. I let Shaun know I was just going to look around and take a look at the new vehicles. He kindly asked if he should let a sales person form new vehicles know so they could assist me. I declined and let him know I was just looking. I walked the new cars lot for about 20 minutes and saw a few cars I was interested in but no one from the new car sales ever came out to see if I had any questions. After that time I felt like no one on that side wanted to sell a car. I then proceeded back to the used cars lot where I had parked and decided to take a quick look at there used inventory. Shaun promptly came out and asked if I had any questions and was very professional. A few hours later I went home with a car from there used inventory. This is the second vehicle I have purchased form Paradise Chevrolet and will definitely be back. More

Great dealership personal, both service and sales. Treat you like family. Their waiting areas for both adults and kids are kept very clean by staff. The donuts and cookies taste great! He, the sales manager, finance and insurance persons answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the documents and term of my purchase. As a mystery shopper for over five years, evaluating and dealing with multiple stores and personal in a service oriented field, I can say without any reservation that this deanship and the people I met and talked to are the best at what they do.
