My wife and I have now purchased three trucks from Paradise, and have always found the staff eager to help meet our needs during the process. Our experience with Cody, Christian, Jimmy and the rest of the staff was pleasant and entertaining learning how close the team works together. The team worked diligently to expedite our vehicles delivery regardless of the unforeseen process inspection. But, one thing I learned in my 42 years in aerospace, there is always room for improvement. We have no doubt that this team will find ways to improve the process for their future customers. More

Darrell has been outstanding tracking everything down and providing them direct to me in a timely manner. Darrell and Ryan have much in common. Both are experienced employees that provide genuine honest service. I guess you might say, this restoration effort is a hobby. So be it. After a few emails, Kristian and I agreed on a time to meet at the lot and look at the used inventory. Not only did she not come down to help me, she didn't relay what I was looking for to the salesman she pawned me off to. Sam was a nice guy, but wasn't able to help me. Not only did they not have anything I was looking for, after being reassured by Kristian they would have something and ready to view, I was told by Sam to just wander the lots and look at prices. I wanted to do business with them, based on other reviews, but they wasted my time. Won't be going back. More
