Knowledgeable on product but lack financing understanding My salesperson was great. She knew the product well and drove one herself so she had a good perspective on vehicle performance. However, the sales staff were lacking in their understanding of the financing process. I asked several easily understood questions about the price/purchase summary sheet and they were not able to explain to me why after calculating the payments backwards the purchase price was then much higher than the labeled purchase price on the sheet. I had to speak directly with the sales manager and finannce staff to understand it. I think that if a salesperson is trying to get me to buy in on what they are offering in financing they should be able to answer simple questions about it. How can you sell something and not be able to explain to the purchaser why it costs what it does? Overall, good visit. More
