As an avid follower of The Car Mom, I came here to review dealerships and identify some potential salespeople. This was after a couple of less than stellar experiences at a Chevy dealer closer to us. I was NOT disappointed with choosing Paradise based on this site and Google reviews. The communication from Esme, Coby, and ultimately Devin was phenomenal. Devin was a fantastic listener and respected my time. I knew what I was looking for, and when he shared he didn't have it, he explained next steps clearly and made sure to not have me drive out before he had more information for me. Devin was fantastically knowledgeable about all trims of the Traverse, explained and demoed the features, and gave very candid feedback that led me to leave in a vehicle that even more strongly aligned with my needs, wants, and spending comfort. He blended real life experience with this vehicle with his sales acumen to really help me feel prepared to make such a monumental decision. He was easy to talk to, applied just the right of pressure when I was on the fence about features in a very consultative (not pushy sales) approach. Devin made a lifelong customer this week, and I would absolutely recommend him and the Paradise team to anyone else looking to purchase! Never going back! I bought my truck from Paradise and had all my service work done there. Anytime I had a question about my truck, I’d get transferred to someone’s voicemail to leave a message, with a promise to get a call back asap. Lies! I needed my truck serviced because a fuel injector went out on my truck. They charge for the diagnostic… I’m accustomed to the cost of the diagnostic getting take off the final bill, if y you get the service done at the same location. Not at Paradise. The cost of the repair would have been 4K, they’re insane! I declined and got it done somewhere else. I didn’t have to shop around, paid 2K. I could go on forever about how much I can’t stand this place and their service. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star is because of Nick a service advisor. He’s the only normal person working there. More

We were so happy with how Paradise Chevy in Temecula treated us. We originally bought a used 2020 silverado from a different dealer nearby and it turned out to be an awful experience. Paradise was able to work with us for hours, taking in our trade and getting us into a beautiful 2025 silverado RST with the duramax engine. I love this truck, a dream truck to say the least. Jimmy, Lance, Christian & Manny made buying our new 2024 so easy. We were greeted right away by Lance; he introduced us to Christian. Once the deal was done Lance went over all the new bells & whistles on our new 2024 Tahoe Premier. We had to return the following day to give some items for the 2014 Tahoe that we traded in. We meet up with Lance & Manny, Manny took care of receiving the title, Lance took care of taking in the third-row seats & extra key, he spent more time with us answering questions about our new vehicle. My husband & I hate buying cars, all the guys at Paradise made us change our mind. They were terrific!! More
