Customer Service started off pretty slow though when I asked for assistance everything after that went pretty smooth. Also not all fees were explained (vin etching) for which I paid for. I also enjoyed working with Matt who is always honest and straightforward. I have to admit I much preferred working with Jeff over the business manager individual I worked with last time (don't think he works there anymore). I felt he was honest, that I could really trust him and like he wasn't just trying to sell me every add-on item in the book. Dave was by far the best salesman I experienced while shopping for a new SUV. He was not pushy at all and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. This was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had. Not only was Jeromy very helpful from the first phone call he was even more helpful when we arrived to test drive a Jeep Patriot.
