Although another Ford dealer is closer to my home, I go out of my way to go to Mathews Paoli Ford. Everyone I have ever worked with has been friendly courteous, and honest. This time I needed a Passenger out of my way to go to Mathews Paoli Ford. Everyone I have ever worked with has been friendly courteous, and honest. This time I needed a Passenger side visor with lighted mirror which they ordered and procured in 2 days. When it came in, I asked if I needed an appointment to have it installed. They said to come on in and they would do it in 30 minutes. They did and charged me $15 for the install. The other closer Ford dealer one time charged me for brakes that they did not install. They thought I was too stupid to know and check, and ever time I went in they had some phantom leak that needed to be fixed. Again they thought I was too stupid to know. Totally commission based is my guess. M-P Ford rocks!! More
I've purchased several cars in the past but this was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy through an Ebay classified listing. The vehicle was serviced and inspected at the dealership before being sold, not just pushed out the door. Eric worked with me on the night of the sale, staying well after the Dealership closed to ensure I was satisfied. Although I purchased the vehicle as-is, sales manager Joe Perfetto, took care of a couple of items after the sale at his expense. My experience with everyone I've dealt with so far at Mathews Paoli Ford has been professional, unrushed and generally very pleasant. I got the price I wanted, the service I needed and better treatment than I expected. This is truely a front to back dealership (sales, service and follow up). I would recommend this dealership and their sales, service and management team to any one in the market for a new or used car. I will certainly shop them first when I'm ready to buy again. More

I have a Fleet car at the moment, Here’s my long story made short. I’m a long time Ford owner. The family has had a number of them over the years. I have a Fleet car at the moment, a 2006 Freestyle that’s run beautifully……until yesterday. When I was 3 plus hours from home and the end of the day was approaching, my associate and I limped into the local Ford dealership (Matthews Paoli Ford) with what seemed to be a transmission problem. The vehicle was struggling. We met David Port at the service desk. Yesterday, it was 95 degrees with high humidity. The last thing we needed was a car problem and the last thing David needed was a problem customer near the end of the day. David explained that the service department was backed up with service for transmissions (among a number of other services) and he didn’t know if he could get to it til early next week. I understood and only asked him to “see what he could do and do the best you can” so I could make a decision to wait, rent or stay overnight. An hour and 40 minutes later, he had diagnosed the problem as a throttle housing issue (something electronic), found the part in stock, worked with our Fleet people (ARI), fixed the car, and sent us on our way. And at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. He knew I probably wasn’t going to be a repeat customer for Paoli Ford (I live 150 miles away) and the dealership obviously had a backload of vehicles waiting for service (good for them in this poor economy). All he did was “what he could and the best he could”. I work for a very large company where we strive for this kind of service every day, so I appreciate it when I see it. He did his job perfectly, kept me informed all the way, took the burden off me and onto him and sent me on my way. All I can do is say thank you to him and all of the folks at Matthews Paoli Ford who helped him and to tell them that at least my customer in nearby Wayne, PA (I was visiting a buying group there with 100 or more employees) will know about my excellent experience down that way even if I can't become a regular customer due to the distance..
