Had stopped by the previous day with family to test drive the car and bought it the next day. Dealt with Shannon Doyle, who I must say is a wonderful person. He showed us all the options available within our budget and was very straightforward with all the details involved ... never felt any pressure to get the vehicle. I did compare the prices with other dealers and I think I got a great deal. There was a similar vehicle at another dealer with one of the options I wanted (the power tail-gate) but frankly I didn't really bother to check it. Sometimes you get a good vibe with the people and place. This is one of those places. Also, i got a great price for my trade in (Thanks to Max and Shannon). Also, when I went to pick up the car everything was done in under an hour which was frankly surprising. (thanks to Christian and Shannon) We thought its going be a while before we get the car but were pleasantly surprised. All in all a great dealership which I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a Ford. And last but not the least the new Explorer is amazing and we are loving it :-) More

As a expat, leasing a car can be a difficult and bewildering experience, but the team at Matthews took the time to explain the process fully and my options, other dealers that I visited were either disinterested or unwilling. The atmosphere in the dealership is friendly and relaxed, there is no feeling of intimidation and there is no pressure from the sales team for you to buy from them. Just an knowledgeable and honest discussion about the options that they have available. There is good after-sales follow-up after you have taken delivery of the car, they want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with you vehicle and if you have any problems they are easy to contact and very willing to help you get the most out of your new car. Overall, they are great people to deal with and I cannot recommend them enough! More

My husband and I inquired about a car through email to see if it was still available. I mentioned to the dealership there was a possibility I would stop by that evening to check out the car. To my surprise when I got there I was immediately greeted by Shannon Doyle with the car waiting out front for us to test drive. My son was also with us and they were very sweet, had toys for him to play with and made us feel right at home. I explained to Shannon that we had a budget to stay within and he did everything to meet that budget and more. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. When I mentioned I wanted a day to think about the purchase after being there 3 hours Shannon was super nice and said when we were ready he would be more than happy to help. The next day we decided to go with the purchase and the great experience continued. It was quick, easy and most importantly stress free. I look forward to doing future business with this dealership.
