Hassle free car buying experience. I was looking for a specific vehicle online and I found one at Matthew's. I had never done business with them before and did not know what to expect. I decided to go check out the vehicle unannounced. I was greeted by Joe Perfetto of who immediately allowed me to take a test drive and take the vehicle home to show my family. Upon return I stated I was interested in purchasing it and wanted to negotiate the price. Used car manager Steve Sharkey crunched the numbers and made a very reasonable offer which I accepted. Josh the Finance Manager did the paperwork and I was on my way. The entire transaction took about an hour and I took delivery the next day. The entire team made me feel welcome and at no time did I feel any pressure. The used vehicle I bought only had one key and upon delivery, a second key had been made for me at no charge! Joe has since followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions and to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough about how pleasure able my experience was at Matthew's. More
