Super Easy & Delightful Transaction Lex Mellon and her fellow team members at Paoli Ford were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating when my husband and I reached out Lex Mellon and her fellow team members at Paoli Ford were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating when my husband and I reached out to them regarding the purchase of a used car for our sixteen year old daughter. To be honest, we knew exactly what we were looking for in this particular vehicle because our older two daughters have the very same cars. So, I can't truly address Lex's knowledge of the car we purchased because it was a Honda and only on her dealership's lot as a trade-in for a day or so ... But I can surely attest to her ENTHUSIASM to assist us in the purchase of the car. Lets face it, there can't be too much of a reward/commission involved for Lex when considering a trade-in listed for only $5545 ... However, she FULLY SERVICED us as though we were purchasing a brand new vehicle upwards of $50,000 !!! Lex responded to our Friday afternoon phone call PROMPTLY, and set an appointment to meet that Friday evening. She had the car ready for us to test drive, paperwork regarding the car's past and present status available, and clearly COMMUNICATED our thoughts/wishes to her management team regarding our concerns and pricing of the car. Lex also had all the paper work ready for us when we took the car to our mechanic the following Monday morning, which made for an EXTREMELY EASY morning of transitioning the car for a second opinion. Our mechanic found absolutely everything Paoli Ford had stated and listed regarding the car to be both HONEST & ACCURATE. Needless to say, we purchased the car that Monday afternoon. Lex NOT only had the agreement of sale all prepared the following day, but she also had the car sent out to be FULLY DETAILED - We must say from the start, to the finish LEX MELLON was PLEASANT - PROFESSIONAL & ACCOMMODATING on assisting us with the purchase of a used/trade-in that again I'm assuming was NOT very profitable to her own pocket, but was truly a SUPER EASY & DELIGHTFUL TRANSACTION for us to have experienced !!! We THANK Lex and her team for a JOB WELL DONE !!! More
