The service was great. I came in without an appointment for my routine service and Trey got me in and out as promised. The only thing I wish had been different was the waiting area circumstances. We have used the dealership for service for years since we had purchased a 2009 Camry as a new model. At that time, and until the remodeling was done, the waiting area offered a more comfortable temperature, a light snack (i.e. popcorn), and a simple drink (coffee, water, or a punch drink). None of that is present currently. Cheap, simple pleasures can go a long way toward passing the wait time. More

We have always received great service from Panama City Toyota. I tried a different Toyota dealer once and was not happy at all with the service that I received.
