At first I was hesitant because I sat waiting about 5 minutes waiting on a representative to come out. Once I was finally greeted, I had a great experience. They were very respectful of my privacy. The needed to get into my dashboard because it was locked. The actually asked me would it be okay if they unlock it to put in my filter. I was very amazed that they thought enough of how i may have felt before opening up my dash. That really spoke values to me. The wait time wasn't long at all and they wash my car too. I definitely needed it. More

I bought this car new from you. I've been stranded several times. I've had to get at least 7 batteries..there must be a problem! He has overcharged me.
