My service issue not resolved. Communication on when part would arrive was promised and was not provided. My defective infoentertainment was reported to them on 1/15. Then after 2 hours waiting was told part had to be ordered. They said it should be a few days and they would keep in touch. I had to follow up with Supervisor, was told they had no information or control over when part would arrive. Was told they had no way to track arrival. As of today 1/31 part still not here and no tracking information. My car is a Crown, less than a year old, with 6,000 miles. This is unacceptable, not what I expected after being a life long Toyota owner. More
