Unordinary Excellence When you buy a new auto along with a maintenance contract you expect to be treated just a little special, right? I had just had my car serviced but so When you buy a new auto along with a maintenance contract you expect to be treated just a little special, right? I had just had my car serviced but something popped up that concerned me. I have always been treated very well by the courteous people at Panama City Toyota. The problem was a unusual jolting noise in the right front wheel. To make a long story short … the young man at “Receiving” went to work on finding out what the problem was. EXCELLENCE! They found it to be something that the care had a “Recall” on it but I had not been notified. I had no appointment but they felt that it should be fixed before I drove the car again … asked me if I would be willing to wait and they would work me in. EXCELLENCE! Sure, I’m retired and love to watch people. It just happened to be noontime and when I walked into the waiting area, they had a spread of “Firehouse” sandwiches, pickles, soda, coffee etc. How many places do you see this kind of treatment for customers? Certainly not necessary nor expected but there it was … saying, “We are glad you are here, make yourself comfortable and we will have your car ready as soon as possible!” EXCELLENCE! My auto was just out of Maintenance Warranty by a little more that a month and I had not been notified of the recall. The young man who took care of me went to work on that issue and promptly returned with good news. Since I had not received notification ... they honored the warranty and serviced the defective part (in the steering). EXCELLENCE! When people treat you as you would choose to be treated ... those are the kind of people who you want to tell others about, their courtesy, and quality service. I thank the young man who took my problem to his manager and the management who evidently also believes in the old saying, "Do unto other as you would have them do unto you!" Thanks Gentlemen - all who had a part in making my day special because I had the privilege of dealing with some very special people! EXCELLENCE! More
Awesome! No problems and Great Job! I took my car in for new tires and front end brake pads. My service representative called me and told me it would be a good idea to have the front en I took my car in for new tires and front end brake pads. My service representative called me and told me it would be a good idea to have the front end realigned and that there were a couple of recalls on my car that they could take care of while my car was there. I said yes to all and my car was ready by early afternoon. Everybody was nice, my car was as clean as I left it, and the price for service was within reason of others that I had contacted prior to choosing Panama City Toyota for my new tires and brake pads. Everybody is always friendly and wearing a smile. More
Great Service I arrived for an oil change and saw the service area filled with customers looking for the same thing. I was met by my service advisor and told if wo I arrived for an oil change and saw the service area filled with customers looking for the same thing. I was met by my service advisor and told if would be about two hours before they would be able to complete my service. He lied! An hour and a half later, my car was done and I was ready to go. I've been a customer at Panama City Toyota for over twenty years and I keep coming back due to their great customer service. Thanks again. More
Waited 2 and a half hours for oil change I went in for a prescheduled oil change and also requested someone look at my sun roof and rear center seat belt. Was told I may not get all items loo I went in for a prescheduled oil change and also requested someone look at my sun roof and rear center seat belt. Was told I may not get all items looked at. After 2 and a half hours I went to the service rep to ask what's going on. They said they couldn't duplicate anything and I could drive a master mechanic to show the issues. After 3 minutes with him we duplicated the issues. I also had 4 miles put on my truck by someone at the dealership but was not told they were test driving it. I can't believe I waited two hours and walked out with only an oil change. No one did any work on my truck except the oil change. That is a ridiculous amount of time for a prescheduled appointment to be completed. More

Great service and honest friendly employees. I came in for an oil change and all that goes with it like checking all fluid levels and tire rotation. They also suggested and did a tire balance and I came in for an oil change and all that goes with it like checking all fluid levels and tire rotation. They also suggested and did a tire balance and front end alignment. I was also having problems with the passenger window sticking and sometimes failing to move at all. The tech cleaned and inspected the window system and determined the switch on the arm rest had sand in it causing the switch to stick. This made the actuator motor over heat and shut down. After cleaning the switch and window system the window worked correctly. If you're wondering about the sand, I have a schnauzer who likes to swim, role in the sand and carry as much debris into the truck as possible. She promptly stands on the arm rest dropping any sand on to and into the armrest and window switch. The tech suggested I cover the switch which I did. Problem solved. More
