Appointment time was useless I had a simple switch go out. They needed to order a part. When the part came in, Lee called me and set an appointment for 1 PM the next day. After an hour wait, the status board showed that my car was still in processing. When I asked Tom Cash about it he said he would go check. A few minutes later I saw Tom driving my car in from the back lot. They hadn't even looked at it. Once they started, the switch replacement took about 5 minutes. I was standing outside the service department doors watching. I seem to have some sort of problem every time I go in for service. I think that I will look seriously at a new Nissan instead of Toyota.
