I have had issues with the service here, seems hit or miss. Once for a wiring harness a rodent caused, and that went fairly well. The second I called about the radar cruise control, talked to the service writer. Mr Strassler, who talked to the “master tech” on how to get the radar mode to turn off. Was told it can’t be turned off for a conventional cc setting. I asked if he and his “master tech” was sure about that. Was told, yep that’s the way it is. I had to find a YouTube video on it to find out how to switch it off. Mr Strassler and his “master tech” could use some training.on how the Toyotas they sell, work. More

1. I provided my phone number when I scheduled my service online. I provided the same phone number when I dropped my vehicle off. I never heard back from them all day so when I called, they said th service online. I provided the same phone number when I dropped my vehicle off. As it turns out, they pulled my daughter's old phone number from their system and were trying that. What's the use of providing a phone number both online and when I drop it off if you are just going to pull some other number from your system? 2. When I showed up the next morning to pick up my vehicle, it was unlocked. Therefore, it had been sitting in your lot all night, unlocked, with a bunch of my tools in the back seat. 3. They needed to access something behind my glove box. When I picked up the vehicle, all contents from my glove box were on the floor, along with 3 screws from the glove box they forgot to reattach. 4. The service appointment was for an airbag issue. They said they found a bunch of other things that needed attention. When I asked for list along with estimates for each, here are the descriptions and estimates I received - Brake Concern: $1200 - Steering Concern: $1500 - Noise when turning: $1668 - Driveability: $800 - Engine oil leaks: $695 What kind of descriptions are those? Seriously???? If I can't trust you with simple stuff like this, why would I trust you to work on my vehicles? Joseph was very patient and accommodating with my questions though. More
