Out of town brake troubles On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama On vacation from TN and our rear brakes went metal to metal about 10 miles away from our destination. Luckily, there was a Toyota dealership in Panama City. Even luckier, when I scheduled my appointment on Monday morning, I got one of the greatest service advisors in the business. They are re doing their store. Nothing is in place there now, but this guys attitude and professionalism was well intact. As soon as I met him, I knew I had made the right decision on taking it to this dealership. If the rest of the staff are anything like Brian Guthrie, they are a very lucky dealership. He made calls to check in and make sure of what needed done, Gabe me the assessment from the technician hen called when it was ready. Kept my cost down and didn’t try to run up the bill whatsoever. Great job to the dealership and the managers there that have such a great team. More

He keeps me up to date on any additional maintenance needed both that day and in the future. He is a true professional. Though I may be able to get service done elsewhere at a slightly cheaper price, I can be sure at Panama City Toyota the work is done right the first time which gives me peace of mind.
