These ladies & gentlemen are top notch. Especially in light of all of the hardships dealer, management and staff have been through in last 6 months due to Michael. It was clear the Dealership was recovering from Michael, but all areas were clean and orderly. Everyone had a smile on their face and I was in and out with a full, clear and concise report of the status of my Tundra in 35 minutes. Smitty even had my truck cleaned. I cannot thank Panama City Toyota enough for the kindness and professionalism shown during my visit. I was/am very, VERY impressed. The wonderful display of older FJ's just sealed the deal. Chris Schmidt just handled it I came in for my first service on my car and Mr. Schmidt was who handled the details. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty pkg. and did not know it b I came in for my first service on my car and Mr. Schmidt was who handled the details. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty pkg. and did not know it but had a large nail in my tire that could not be repaired. While I was waiting, the tire was replaced with my spare and a new tire ordered, car serviced, and run through the car wash all in 1/2 the time expected. As someone who lost their home and cars during hurricane Michael and has had to spend all their spare time arguing with home and flood insurance, you do not know how much I appreciate having someone JUST HANDLE IT.
